So Much To Be Thankful For

TgivingGourdsIt’s so appropriate that we’re launching our new website just a week before Thanksgiving.

Here at Newtown Health and Wellness Center, we’re truly thankful for you, our loyal clients, and for the blessings we feel being privileged to make our livelihoods helping you maintain your greatest blessing: your health and wellbeing.

At this time, when we look back over the year gone by and tally up all we have to be thankful for, we all have so very much we often take for granted. But those who are struggling with health and wellness issues understand in a very personal way how lucky are those of us who have been able to maintain strong, fit bodies and clear, balanced minds.

As we move into a season that’s—let’s face it—often about over-indulging as much as celebrating, keep in mind that it’s okay to loosen up a little on the calorie intake, as long as you put in a little extra effort in your holiday workouts and a few extra miles on your walking regimen over the season.

It really is all about balance, and we’re here to help you understand what that means in your life, and how to observe that in a meaningful way for you. We look forward to seeing you here at the studio for your workouts, classes and personal training in between all the fun and festivities of this special time of year. We’ll help you celebrate feeling and being fit, healthy and alive to the joys of this and every season of life.
